Consultancy

Consultancy

I work alongside charities, universities, schools, community organisations and fellow researchers to develop neurodiversity-affirming approaches, resources and environments. My consultancy brings together more than twenty years as a SEND teacher, my own experience as a late-identified Autistic person and parent, and a deep interest in monotropism and Autistic-led research. I believe the best work is co-created, so I always aim to centre Autistic and neurodivergent voices and to build something that belongs to the community it serves.
