Anxiety and Neurodivergence

Suggested donation: £1.00 (optional, pay what you can)

A slide made with Lisa Chapman on what may help anxiety if you are neurodivergent: identity, community and accommodations.

Description

A slide about managing anxiety when you are neurodivergent. It says anxiety can be helped by self-help, talking therapy and medication, and that for neurodivergent people other ideas may help too: understanding your identity, connecting with community and neurokin, and advocating for environmental accommodations. I made it with Lisa Chapman, with a nod to Luke Beardon's Autism + Environment = Outcomes.
