Description

An infographic from the Neuroqueer Learning Spaces collaboration with Stimpunks. It asks how we can transform and liberate the expectations of neuronormative education, and sets out two columns, Education and Family, with arrows leading to a rainbow heart of a child who is happy, curious and free to learn in an embodied way. For education it speaks of teachers un-learning their training, trusting facilitators to follow the student's lead, and freedom to create neuroqueer learning spaces. For families it talks of different possibilities for learning, valuing community networks, and resources that give agency and autonomy. It is useful for teacher training, home educators and anyone rethinking how learning could look.
