Description

A Venn diagram showing where autism, OCD and monotropism overlap. In the autism circle it says routines help regulate the sensory system and positive flow states support good mental health. In the OCD circle it says compulsions and rituals dysregulate the sensory system and negative flow states get stuck and can lead to loops of thought. In the middle, monotropism is a hyper-focused attention channel. It is a way into thinking about the differences, and might be useful in training or discussions with practitioners and families.

No watermark on your download. The small Autistic Realms watermark is only on the shop picture. The file you download is clean, with no watermark.
