Hyperfocus vs Dissociation

How hyperfocus (a grounded, happy flow state) differs from dissociation (disconnection from reality), though both can feel like losing time.

Description

I made this card to show the difference between hyperfocus and dissociation, in two speech bubbles. Hyperfocus is a deep, happy flow state, losing a sense of time and self but feeling grounded. Dissociation is losing your sense of self and feeling disconnected from reality, and it can be scary. Both can feel like losing time, so it may help people tell them apart.
