Description

A chart comparing autism, monotropism and OCD across eight themes drawn from the Monotropism Questionnaire (Garau et al., 2023). It looks at managing social situations, rumination and anxiety, decision making, special interests, the need for routines and the impact of the environment on the attention tunnel. These are my own ideas to open up discussions and are not diagnostic, and it is for people exploring how these can overlap.
