A printable pack to go with the blog post Ticket Theory, monotropism & burnout: Autistic ADHD energy accounting.
Ticket Theory was created by Hilary Knutson and shared by Neuro Pride Ireland (Knutson, 2021). Every task is a ride at a funfair, and every ride needs its own ticket. This pack gives you 40 tickets to print, cut out, write on and use however works for you.
Inside the pack you will find:
- 40 blue and gold tickets, 8 to an A4 page, ready to print and cut
- A two-page how-to-use guide with ideas for individuals, families, parents and carers, therapists, practitioners, educators and workplaces, including monotropism and spiky profiles
Pay what you can. The suggested donation is £2, and you can change the amount to £0 if you need it free. Donations help keep resources like this free for people with limited funds.
